​    RETURN POLICY​

If you're not satisfied with a wig you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund.

​

The wig must be unused and returned to us to qualify for a full refund.

​

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact section, Instagram (@Zflowwigs), or via email at Zflowwigs@gmail.com.

​

Please send the wig back to the address on the label: 87 Gosterwood Street, SE8 5NZ.

Once we receive the wig, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

 

    OTHER POLICIES

​

  • Zflow is not responsible if you or your hairstylist damages your wig by over-bleaching it, dyeing it incorrectly, etc.

  • Zflow is not responsible for any missing parcels marked "delivered".

  • Zflow is not responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrect address.

  • If you mistakenly enter the wrong address, contact us immediately so we can try our best to resolve the issue.
